Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Huki Designs. We take pride in delivering high-quality creative work and ensuring client satisfaction. Please read our
Refund and Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase or engaging in a service agreement.
1. Digital Design Services (Non-Tangible Items)
Due to the nature of digital products and services (e.g., branding, logo design, digital content, strategy, etc.), we do not offer refunds once the project has been initiated or the first draft has been delivered.
However, we are committed to working closely with you to ensure the final output meets your expectations.
✅ You may be eligible for a refund if:

Work has not yet started, and a formal cancellation is requested within 24 hours of payment.

There is a duplicate payment made in error.
2. Revisions & Satisfaction Guarantee
We provide a set number of revision rounds as outlined in your project scope. Additional revisions beyond that may incur extra charges.
Our goal is to collaborate with you until you’re satisfied within the agreed project terms. If you’re unhappy with the direction of a project, please contact us early in the process so we can make it right.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel a project before work begins for a full refund (minus any transaction fees). If the project is canceled after work has started, a partial refund may be issued, based on the completed work and resources already committed.
4. Physical Products (if applicable)
If you purchase any physical items (e.g., printed branding materials, merchandise), we accept returns only for:

Items damaged in transit

Incorrect items shipped
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. You’ll need to provide photo evidence, and items must be returned unused and in original packaging.
